By downloading, installing, or using LensCast ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

LensCast is a free application that allows you to use your Android phone as a webcam for your Windows PC. The App consists of an Android application and a Windows desktop application that communicate over your local network.

License

LensCast grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices and configurations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensCast and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
You are responsible for the security of your local network
You should not use the App to stream content you do not have the right to capture

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
